I chose Toronto Rug Cleaning because of the consistently high reviews posted on Homestars. I wasn't disappointed. Ben provided the best customer service that I have ever received. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I hate to be the first to write a less than glowing review. I chose Toronto Rug Cleaning because of the consistently high reviews posted on Homestars. Unfortunately in my case my appointment got lost. Rather than telling me this and rebooking they subcontracted my job to SteamKleen. I was caught off guard by this but since I had carefully timed the job to be done while the family was away for the week went ahead anyway. I got charged $360 for 45 minutes of work which seems excessive to me. Also, the spot remover used only partially removed the spots but seems to have bleached the surrounding carpet. So instead of a small dark spot I have a lighter dark spot inside a larger bleached area.
