Toronto Rug Cleaning

I originally called Turko Persian about getting my area carpets cleaned. I wanted a technician to come to my home to tell me if the carpet could be cleaned because it was so badly damaged. They did not provide that service and consequently I found Toronto Rug Company on line. When I called, the owner of the company Ben answered the phone and told me that he would come over that very afternoon.
The under pad was stuck to the floor, the white parts of the carpet were black, and even Ben was not sure that he could bring the carpet back to life. My carpet was very old and very damaged.
To my surprise and I think to Ben's surprise as well, the carpet came back looking like new. Ben told me he challenged his staff to put their 27 years of expertise to work.
I had two small Persian carpets as well and Ben's knowledge of where the carpets came from as well as the knowledge of where my area carpets came from was astounding.
It is hard to find companies these days that will go the extra mile but this company does. Ben is passionate about what he does and it shows in his work.
