Our 15 year old Napoleon fireplace was having trouble with the pilot light staying on ???? but once it was lit the fireplace stayed on then when we turned it off the pilot light went out??? Called Gemco and they were very nice and told me right off how much a service call was and when they could come, I explained that we also wanted a fan installed, No Problem
The service tech was here September 25, 2018 very early (with a call first) and spent a lot of time trying to figure out the pilot light issue, but after explaining to me what he thought the issue was and what he did to fix it he continued to install a fan. Then he cleaned everything, painted and shined it all up again. Quick, professional, clean and informative about the new installed part. Works and looks like new...Thanks Gemco
