Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

The hardwood floor is beautiful but we have waited 4 months for flush wood floor vents ordered and paid Nov 5th. There is zero customer service or follow-up and they make a lot of excuses and I cannot trust them now

Were very sorry to have let you down like this! Flushmount vents are always special order so sometimes they can take a lot longer than expected. We have spoken to our vendors and sales staff about this and will ensure it doesn't happen again.
