I had Crystal Clean Services clean my carpets. It took a day to dry and it smelled horrible! I had to call the company back and have them send someone else out and re-clean it with the steam method

I had Crystal Clean Services clean my carpets. The price was fair,the staff didn't try to pressure me into a sale and they did a good job on our carpets. They were able to remove dust lines I have had for years, that another carpet cleaners weren't able to remove! They removed dog urine from carpet and my dog hasn't urinated on it again like he use to. I was however disappointed that some dried paint spills didn't come fully up. I will you their services again and I recommend you try them too!
