Kendra did a fantastic job of helping us coordinate the bathroom design, she presented us with a few combinations after getting a sense of what we were looking for...and we were very happy with her suggestions. Installation was well done, thorough, professional, thoughtful staff, careful not to mess up the rest of the house. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westend.

After visiting many kitchen & Bathroom stores and comparing prices and quality, we decided on Westend Bath to do a complete gut and makeover of our main bathroom. From design to completion, everything was to our expectation. Once the reno was finished, we requested for part of the design and shower construction to be changed and the company was very patient and accommodating. They completed all the modifications at no additional cost. It has now been just over a year, and we continue enjoying our luxury bathroom. The employees were very experienced and highly skilled. Great installation, they were always on time. Work was also very well done. However the service was not so great. We ran into a major problem and it took over a year to fix it. So the installation was good but the aftermath not so much

I had come looking for ideas on what to do with our bathroom, but found the consultation a little wanting. He focused more on what was available in the store as opposed to ideas of what I could do. It was a short period of time, so I understand that it was challenging to go to deep into it.

Peter was very informative and came up with lots of good ideas. It was almost like Peter could read my mind, picking up on exactly what I'd like to do and making great suggestions. I was very happy with the consultation, it was what I had hoped for. It's left me looking forward to going through magazines and getting started.

We would like to turn one bathroom into two so we sought out Judy's advice. We were willing to move doors and change the master bedroom around, so Judy was able to provide many suggestions on how to create more space or do it within the existing space. We were very happy with our consultation.

I came to Gendron today and she came down to see me as I can't get upstairs. Cindy was helping me pick out colours for the outside of our house and also furniture pieces for our living room. She gave me some new ideas and was very knowledgable.

Cindy helped me getting my thoughts together for three bathrooms and one kitchen that we want to re-decorate and freshen up as we just moved into the house. She advised me on paint colours and various ideas on features to accentuate the rooms.

The job was a major renovation including tear down. Personalized service for all stages including planning and designing. All completed om time and on budget. The contractors were excellent. Job site left spotless. I will be using them in the future to do my kitchen!
