Repair to Jenn Air Refrigerator
Technician needs to go to Anger Management Classes !!! Horrible service.
We gave them a second chance just recently. They tried to hold us ransom by refusing to order and install a part unless we removed a negative posting from 8 months ago. The owner told us they were the only people in the Lower Mainland who could repair our fridge. Let's see what Whirlpool has to say about this so-call "authorized repair" company. Don't go anywhere near this incompetent company. Awful people!!!

Thought we'd help you guys out and be professional and do what we do best , repair your fridge when no other company could. Dale asked nicely after he did the repair if you would take the bad review off, that response was met with rude comments made by Lawrence ,and therefore Dale advised would no longer service your product. We feel that we have the right to be treated fairly and with you Lawrence, and your threats to go all over social media just shows your a bully. We do not need customers like you, we are sorry that we made the mistake of trying to help
