We have had Ottawa Awning installing our awning each spring and then removing and storing it each fall, total yearly cost about $440. Their workmanship is great and I would recommend them.

We have had Ottawa Awning installing our awning each spring and then removing and storing it each fall, total yearly cost about $440. We were very disappointed again this spring when we have always asked that they call first as we have dogs in our backyard and keep the gate locked. They didn't call, didn't knock on the door, but instead used their ladders to get over our fence. We were in the house at the time and shocked to look out and see two men in our yard....very upsetting and unprofessional! Their workmanship is great, but not their customer relations. Upon confrontation, the workers acknowledged that they should have called or knocked on the door first, but they just didn't. I've put a call into their owner to ask why we have this problem almost ever time, even though the workers confirm that it says to call first, but to date have not been called back.
