Glenn is very knowledgeable, and eager to help us purchase the appliances we liked at incredibly competitive prices. We felt no sales pressure, unlike the other large box appliance stores where you feel like a piece of meat the minute you walk through the doors. I've had to contact Glenn a number of times since the initial purchase, and never did I feel like he "made his sale" and that was that. He's always been so helpful in working through the final details to ensure timely delivery of our appliances, as well as working through some technicalities with Miele.
