Dryer shorting out. Technician came out, said it was a kinked vent hose, replaced with a new one, reset the trip breaker. Charged $153. Problem not fixed at all. I called to ask if they could come back to fix it this time and Rob said they would have to charge the $60 for 1/2 hr labour and $70 service charge again. EVEN though they did not fix the problem the first time! Will NOT be recommending them and will tell the person who suggested them that they are incompetent.

We are sorry you are unhappy but the original complaint last year was that your dryer was dead and we found your dryer was overheating from your crushed venting and a tripped house breaker. After the breaker was reset and the venting was changed the technician noted that he did not want to change any parts (to save you money) as the dryer worked fine after testing multiple times.
