I had called several bathroom contractors who arrived at my 84 y.o. home in Toronto and quoted the job for my tiny 4x6 bathroom at about $12,000 to $14,000. I was working a very small budget and about to settle for a "spruce up and decorate" job, instead of a full reno, even though our bathroom was in very bad shape (unfinished ceiling, broken down vanity, original toilet, no fan). They gutted the room, insulated it, provided interior design assistance, and even found an additional 6 inches of space that was hidden before. The end result - my bathroom is stunning and I am so very pleased. I highly recommend Ta-Chic Construction & Design - honest, a meticulous & painless reno, and their original quote was the final price. Can't ask for more...Absolutely fab!
