Bathrooms Future Bathrooms And Kitchens

Couldn't ask for a better renovation than this. What a work they did and the renovation was amazing. Out bathroom vanity looks so great. We will use them again in future.

This is an awesome company. We have used them for 3 projects - two bathrooms and a kitchen. They did work above and beyond what was required. All their work was excellent!! Sam is responsive, concerned, very polite, and detailed.

Our kitchen was renovated by Sam from Future Bathrooms and Kitchens. Sam made some suggestions that ended up being excellent when the job was completed. We are very pleased with the timely manner in which the kitchen was finished and the disclosure of the steps and materials being used. Now we spend a lot of time in our kitchen which has become the focus of our house. Our friends compliment us often and some of them have asked for, and used Sam's services.

Sam, Ian and the crew were a pleasure to work with. They always made time to listen to any concerns I had and to offer alternative suggestions. They were on time, on budget, extremely clean, and very professional. I have recommended them to a number of people in the area that saw their sign on my lawn and stopped to ask about their quality of workmanship, which is very high. I hope to use them again for future renovations.

We had originally hired a different company to do our bathroom renovation, but after facing many issues with the quality of the work and unprofessional attitude we had to part with them and got stuck with a half-finished bathroom that had lots of problems (later it turned out that it was probably only 1/3 finished, if that). What we had to learn is that if it's hard to find a good reno company to do your renovation from scratch, it is even harder to find a good company that would take on a project started by others. Thankfully, Future Bathrooms did just that and they did an excellent job!

We had to deal with many reno companies for other projects and also in the process of trying to find one for this project and I can tell that Future Bathrooms & Kitchens defintely stand out for the following reasons:
1) great workmanship - they really know what they're doing
2) they really do listen to the customers and take customer's feedback in a positive way
3) honest - did everything as promised, were upfront about the cost and the work involved, no hidden charges
4) punctual - came when they said they would, finished the project on time, spent most of the day on our project vs. running to other projects
5) professional attitude - very polite and easy to get along.
6) very tidy - they'd clean the work area every day after they finished working and made sure that the surrounding areas weren't getting dirty
7) they use certified technicians and specialists where needed, e.g. the guy who did our tiles only lays tiles, which ensures high quality
8)great customer service: Ian does a great job co-ordinating communication between the customer and Sam's crew,and as a result I always got a quick response to my questions/concerns. The guys also always followed up on any outstanding issues.

In summary, I'd highly recommend Future Bathrooms and Kitchens to anyone. We love our bathroom and all of our friends who saw it are also very impressed. Sam, Ian - THANKS a lot to you guys!

Sam made some suggestions that eventually made my kitchen more functional. The work was completed in the time agreed and I was extremely proud to entertain friends after it was finished. Everyone was impresed with Sam's work. Of course the only reason I colled on Sam to do my kitchen was because he had done a wonderful job with my bathroom 2 years before.

I hired Future because I have known Sam for many years and know he is probaly the best contractor in Toronto. His team showed up on time everyday and work progressed in a professional manner thruout the project. They used drop sheets and plastic to control the dust and even managed to keep everything clean with all this snow. they even shoveled the snow. The bathroom came out fantastic. I just love the warmth of the heated floor and the tileworks are perfect. Thanks Sam and your team for a job prefectly completed I certainly will give my highest recomdation to anyone for you.
