We got multiple quotes and settled on Otto's because they were a local company, and knew they had a good reputation. I've done plenty of renovation work over the years and I'm definitely not a newbie. John Baxter was able to explain the work in detail, answer my many questions, and ultimately win our trust. The job went well, finished on time with no surprises, and looks great. Definitely would use Otto's again and would recommend them for similar work.
