I asked Otto to quote on fixing my front steps. His quote was very reasonable, and his team showed up very timely and they ground and re-mortared the stones and bricks on my front steps. As a result I have steps that look completely like new. Near the completion of the job, Otto came by and verified the craftsmanship of his team, made a small adjustment himself that I think made a huge difference, and in the end gave me an awesome end product.
