Renato was punctual for the initial appointment. He then provided us with a few suggestions on different units for our home.
When he installed the unit he did a superb job . The old fittings were removed and the job site was left neat and tidy!
Look forward to having him return in the fall to assess the furnace and update the humidifier. We will be referring Renato to our friends and family.

Both were fast and did an excellent job installing gas line to both our kitchen and BBQ! Even got a few extra tidbits about our BBQ from Peter since he had the same brand which was helpful. Renato is the best! He was extremely accommodating, knowledgable and willing to help right away. He was quick to fit us into his schedule. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot. He also recommended several suggestions to ensure we don't run into the same problem again. Renato has followed up several times after the visit to make sure our AC unit was running smoothly.

Renato came in with the lowest quote for replacing my 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. But that didn't mean he offered less in knowledge, expertise or professionalism. He was very particular about ensuring I had the best equipment for the size of my house, checking a 2nd time with a colleague. He accommodated my request that there be enough room at the side of the house for traffic flow once the air conditioner was installed. He kept to his schedule and communicated frequently. My central AC was not working this spring. It's old but I didn't want to replace it. Renato came to my house only 2 hours after I called him and he was committed to getting it working. For a reasonable price he replaced the needed parts and charged the system so it's cooling really well now. He also followed up with me the next day with good tips for maintenance of my AC and furnace.
