I called four Mississauga contractors. Two never returned my calls; one never showed up for his appointment. Renato was punctual, knowledgeable and helpful to a fault. I was pleased with his manner and felt comfortable using him to install a new air conditioner. He and his crew arrived within 48 hours and performed exemplary work. I am delighted with the results and the timeframe. I recommend him without any reservations.
