Renato is a find! Extremely skilled, fast, fair and very reasonably priced! He was at my house within an hour of my call, spent over an hour repairing and cleaning my 17 year old furnace, and explained all my options -- their pros, cons and costs. As a property manager, it's rare to find someone with Renato's knowledge and ethics!
