The parging was coming off several walls and around a basement window. Jason did a great job repairing old crumbling brickwork and finished the walls nicely. Courteous, on time, great job.

Jason did a great job with my front porch. He was quick, clean and reasonably priced. He knew exactly what to do and even hauled away a large amount of debris that was hiding under the room. I am already requesting another quote from him to fix some exterior walls.

Jason rescued the exterior wall of my house after the window company's mason did a hack job resulting in a failed building inspection. Jason quickly identified the work needed and communicated that cleary to me, and the job was completed professionally with great results. A happy ending thanks to his skills and hard work.

Jason did a nice job repairing stucco that was cracked and falling off the 2nd level of my house. I gather that matching colour and texture for stucco repair is difficult, but Jason was able to match closely to the original. Very clean and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Jason and Mike were great. Not only was the result more than expected (we expected a lot) Jason helped guide us to the best decisions by showing us previous jobs and telling us what had worked on previous jobs. The job site was clean, respectful and Jason and Mike both have a great sense of humor. We will be using them again and recommending them to those in need of a very professional job. Thanks Jason.

Jason and Mike were on time every day. They repaired old broken bricks at the base of the stairs. They then parged every surface perfectly. Finally poured new cement over existing old stairs using molds. These young guys are professional, courteous , and never left a mess for me. Even came back to put up temp. wood railings.

Jason totally exceeded our expectations! He is professional and courteous and very prideful of his work. Jason replaced old bricks and cleaned and tuck pointed our entire house. Each and every joint was ground down and then refilled. THe result is beautiful. He was on time, on budget and unbelievably tidy. I would recommend Jason to anyone needing brick work. We've now hired Jason the Mason on three occasions to do work on our house. His work is impecable, he's courteous and shows up on time every day. Further, the job is complete when he initially says it will be, and he and his crew clean up every day, leaving the job site cleaner than it was when they started.

The three projects we've had Jason do for us are:

1) Digging up the side of our house and re-waterproofing our foundation. Jason's estimate came in under some competing companies, and he was available to do the job almost right away. He did some extra work to make sure the job was done right and did not consider charging us more for it. He did a few things well-above code because he wants to be able to stand by his work for decades.

2) Breaking out basement floor and re-pouring new concrete floor. Our old concrete basement floor had a massive slope to it and was cracked, and Jason suggested we could gain several inches if we re-poured it. He was right! This also gave us the chance to move a basement bathroom, and Jason recommended a great plumber (Son Plumbing) who, like Jason, was excellent and courteous. When Jason started breaking out the existing concrete floor, he could not believe how thick it was... almost a foot in some places! Removing the floor involved almost an extra day of work for Jason and his crew, but he still charged us the same amount he'd originally quoted.

3) Re-parging the exterior of our house and breaking up an old front sidewalk. Like the two reviews above, Jason did the work efficiently and was a pleasure to work with.

I've already worked with Jason three times and I'd happily hire him again to do more work on our house. Beyond being masterful at his craft, he's also a nice guy. He was doing some work in our neighbourhood last week and offered to loan me his ladder when I was struggling with some eaves work. He left the ladder with me for a couple of days so I could use it for a couple of tasks. What a guy!

Jason the Mason has done many jobs for my friends, family and me. He is a reliable professional, with great sence of humor, and intregrity. His workmanship is subperb. He is easy to get in touch with and is prompt in returning calls. I would recommend his work to anyone, with a very satisfying outcome and with money still in your wallet. He does anything with brick, stone, and concrete and is extremely artistic.
