Wood floor was beautiful, shipping was good, but...floor was not to expectations. Finish scratched very easily, even during installation. NO comparison to typical prefinished materials. Had to sand and refinish entire project before move in.

- This flooring should not be advertised as a "durable" hardwood floor.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Be prepared to refinish the project even though it looks good in the box.
