My kitchen faucet was leaking and causing damage to wood work underneath the sink. Upon calling Michael, he made a conscious effort to obtain as much information as he could by phone about the problem and even researched the model # of my faucet to ensure all necessary parts could be obtained and fixed. Upon Michael's arrival he was quick to identify the causes of the issue and was efficient in his work. Upon identifying the issue he recognized that additional work was needed and offered to visit the property a second time at no cost to completely resolve the issue. Dan returned to finish the job and the faulty faucet is no longer causing issues.
Both Michael and Dan were polite and courteous and were patient in showing me where the problems existed and how they fixed them.
