Pool and after build service

Swimming Pools, Spas & Hot Tubs review in Vaughan

In 2009 we chose Lido to build our pool. Josh is very detailed and knows what he's doing in theory. The building process was fairly smooth and we benefited from the fact that we started in early spring and were well organized and on top of things. The pool turned out well. We recommended Lido to others and at least 4 of our friends used them. We have a very individualized pool and back yard. I would recommend Josh. He gives very personal and individual attention to each customer.

In 2009 we chose Lido to build our pool. Josh is very detailed and knows what he's doing in theory. The building process was fairly smooth and we benefited from the fact that we started in early spring and were well organized and on top of things. The pool turned out well. We recommended Lido to others and at least 4 of our friends used them. The problems were the after build service. It was non-existent so I used someone else for that.
Fast forward to 2015 and we needed a new liner and cover. We used Lido. Fine but didn't cut holes in liner for and replace the pool lights. Finally looks like this will be fixed this week.

In 2009 we chose Lido to build our pool. Josh is very detailed and knows what he's doing in theory. The building process was fairly smooth and we benefited from the fact that we started in early spring and were well organized and on top of things. The pool turned out well. We recommended Lido to others and at least 4 of our friends used them. The problems were the after build service. It was non-existent so I used someone else for that.
Fast forward t0 2015 and we needed a new liner and cover. We used Lido. MISTAKE. There were several issues but the most siginificant was with the pool lights. His worker ripped them out and damaged them and then when the new liner went in they didn't leave hold for or replace the lights. I have hounded Josh and he hasn't responded at all. TERRIBLE. There are too many good pool build companies out there. Use one of those. I cannot recommend Lido at all.
