One of our Kitchen outlets stopped working. The upper part worked but the lower did not. It is an outlet we use constantly. Ralph came same day and checked the wires but they were intact. He checked another outlet in the kitchen and found they were connected. Checked the breaker but it was active. He finally just tightened the wires and it became active again. We were very pleased ...he followed a mental checklist and we had a great result. Did not need to repair a breaker after all.
