I had initially met with Mel after receiving a number of other quotes. His pricing was competitive based on what I had heard. What made me go with this firm was that I got the impression that they actually cared and backed the work that they perform. Mel's integrity and honesty throughout the process was commendable.
The crew that came to my house were very clean and respectful - they worked a couple of very long days to get the job done in time. based on the work, we were going to be out heat for one evening. The crew brought heaters for us and ensured that we had the hot water working etc.
I will end up using these guys for servicing if required and would recommend them to others. Replacing a heating system is one of those expensive things that you just have to do... this company seems to understand that and makes it a good experience.
