Jamie scheduled the job for the day after I had called. Called from the site to outline any changes to the work. Charged me less than he quoted. He did a thorough job at cleaning eaves troughs that hadn't been cleaned in years. On top of it, he came back the very next day after I called to do a follow up, tightened the troughs to the roof, and didn't charge me a dime.
I would recommend him without hesitation.
