Avoid doing buisness with Windocraft Niagara at all costs. They will take your money and run. We ordered 12 windows and 3 doors from them May 28th 2009, and as of today Nov. 9th 2009 they are not in. Thier manager actually suggested that i go to the manufacturer to pick up and pay for the products myself as the owner didn’t have the money. The issue with this is they have my downpayment already and the windows were oredered too small they left 3/8 to 1/2 inch gaps when they measured and want to put cover molding around the windows to hide these gaps. So i will have a poor job with nothing to fall back on as i would have to pay for everything up front. Our contract says payment upon completion which they can not do and now refuse to give back our deposite.
So avoid Windowcraft niagara at all costs.
