Our experience was amazing. Evan was very accomodating and very easy to work with. He is an architect as well as a contractor so he gave us most of the ideas we had. He knew what we liked and didn't like so when it came to choosing colors he was the one who chose them. We were very very happy. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Evan from Winchester House knows how to design, manage crews and hire the good trades! We hired him to build a rear addition on our 100 year old home. The reno itself went very smoothly thanks also to Greg, head-carpenter and foreman. Greg is so talented in building a seamless design that no one can tell that the addition isn't part of our original house. We get compliments on our addition all the time. All of the trades were very good and courteous (we have small children!). Winchester House came in right on time. Overall a 10/10. They may be considered a bit pricey, but to us it was worth it for a renovation success story.
