Fast, friendly and efficient! The crew did excellent work- the new roof looks fabulous. They came on site when they said they would and finished when they said they would. And they got me a deal on a skylight when other companies quoted prices that were at least twice as much. When it came down to it, we picked Whonnock not just for their quote (they came in a close 3rd out of seven bids) but because of their presentation, honesty and integrity.
They also did a great job of post-job cleanup. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Abraham and Whonnock Roofing

It's been three months since we had our roof put on and we are completely satisfied with the product. The Whonnock staff is incredibly friendly and worked hard to get the roof finished quickly during awful winter weather. We had a bit of an issue with the cleanup, but Abraham has since gone above and beyond to fix the issue and make us feel like we are important customers. We appreciate this type of customer service, which is not often seen with other companies.

We had received estimates from a couple of other companies, and although Whonnock wasn't the cheapest, I had the most confidence in them to do the job right, so it was worth the couple hundred extra dollars I paid to get them in.

The roof looks fantastic, Rich and the Team did a terrific job and were great throughout, cleaned up every little bit of debris, and to top it all off, they accidentally damaged one of the vinyl siding corners on my chimney and I would never had been the wiser, but they were honest about the damage and had it repaired the next day!!
To say I made the right choice is an understatement and I'd recommend Whonnock Roofing to anyone who is looking for top notch quality and service!

Like so many other lower mainland homeowners with 20+ year old homes I was faced with having to replace my old cedar roof and to save a few trees and a few more dollars I decided an asphalt shingle conversion was in order. I did my research, asked around with friends and acquaintances who had the same type of work done and I found that there was a fairly number of companies to choose from but only a few came with consistently good recommendations. Whonnock Roofing was at the top of my ‘recommended list’ but this alone wasn’t enough to get the job so I called for an estimate and chat.

The estimator was professional, polite and most importantly informative about the different options I was facing. He came back with a quote that was more than fair so from there it was a chat with Abraham, one of the owners. He provided a few more suggestions as far as colour, style and finishing options and gave me a few drive-bys to check out so I could see their work first hand. It was more than enough for me - off with the roof!

The pre-sales details may have landed them the gig but it was the crew that came to do the work that really impressed. They worked hard, kept the sight clean and most importantly, left me with a roof that stands out on the street - I love the ridge cap details!

Wow! Most companies would not take on our job. It's a mix of shingles, metal and flat roofing (very complicated). True to everyone's recommendations, these guys can do it all. Not only did they do a perfect job, it was done quickly and exactly as quoted. We will continue to recommend this company to everyone we know.
