Whonnock Roofing re-covered a complicated (9 sunroof) flat roof several years ago. We did not have one leak in four years (and we had many prior to their repairs) and when we did have a small leak and water bubble, they arrived within a few days and fixed it without charge. The estimate was the same as the invoice, work was completed on time and the site was clean and swept when they left. This is a great, family run business and I highly recommend them

Whonnock Roofing is THE best. We had a roof replaced a long time ago, and it was not a good experience. When we needed a new roof years later, we were recommended Whonnock Roofing and they were fantastic. Maybe not the cheapest, but well worth it. When we asked them to do other unrelated work on our house, the came promptly, and even did not charge for smaller things. Absolutely great people to deal with!

We just purchased a new home. Whonnock came for a roof estimate, and told us we didn't need a new roof yet ... and did a few small repairs for free! Guess who I'll be calling when I do need a new roof ... Thanks for the honest!

I shopped around getting several quotes from both large and small contractors. There was a range of quotes and time frames for work, but Whonnock Roofing came in and gave us the best quote with the same materials as the other contractors. They had a large crew come in and the work was completed in a day and a half. I had some concerns about was done and received a detailed explanation of what they did and why.

Additionally, they sent someone out to walk me through my concerns to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I did a bit of research that confirmed everything that was explained and within 2 hours, someone was on site to walk me through it. All my concerns were addressed and the roof looks fantastic. Could not be more pleased with the roof or the experience as a whole.

In short, just save yourself time and headaches and go with these guys.

These guys are amazing! I hired them actually in 2007 to do our roof in Coquitlam and were referred to us by someone; We had a cedar roof with many peaks as the house is large; we went with the top of the line Cambridge shingles (30 yr warranty) I can tell you that 9 years later the roof still looks good as NEW and we have had no issues whatsoever; these guys were prompt, friendly and most important...no frills fancy expensive flyers...they do roofs and they do it well, super clean work, they go around the yard to ensure no nails, debris are left...great job guys you're still my #1 roofers!

Very professional and friendly. Extra work required to fix facer board, but the board looked too difficult to do. One of the owners rearranged his schedule and put in a great effort and got it done and it looks great. Roof looks great.

Called Whonmock roofing. Was given the quote and told it would likely be a week before they would get to it. 5 days later got a call saying they could do it early. They were professional and curtios. When the job was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleased

Whonnock was recommended to me by some friends to get a quote for a new roof. Abraham showed up at my house, after introduction, he asks me 'why do you think you need a new roof?'. He told my my roof was fine, but that they could send one of their staff over to do some repair work at a fraction of the cost!
They showed up the following week and replaced some missing shingles and recaulked as necessary.
In 3-5 years, when I actually NEED a new roof, they will be getting a call from us!
