Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

Finally satisfied. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable . They fixed the small issues and I could not be happier with the windows and door selection. They let in lots of light and lots of air flow. We would definitely recommend their work. There seems to be an issue with secretarial organization but installation and product are top notch.

Overall not bad but could be better. First they rescheduled the install day by calling me the day before, even though we booked it weeks in advance. Once they finally came the guys were pretty good and seemed to know what they were doing and worked efficiently. They didn't fix the damage they did after cutting out my old window. A few day later I noticed a gap in the door., you can see outside. I called the sales guy and the receptionist and explained what the issue was. I also sent them photos. After about a week I followed up with a call and was told that someone would call me back. Nothing... Then another few calls and msged and still no contact. I have had a very bad experience and will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
