Frank, we were impressed by the quality and thoroughness of your inpection. You educated us about assessing home security and pointed out a number of practical things that we could do to make things safer. You could have pushed unnecessary and costly products on us, but you were honest about what was warranted in our situation. Thanks for telling it like it is!
I should also mention that Frank pointed out a potential structural problem with our basement, that we otherwise would not have known about; Frank knows houses.
