This builder is not too bad actually.
But the material they use to buil their houses are very cheap in the market.
While other builders are using better product and materials .
Example: flooring cabinets tiles light fixtures and rangehood etc.
Their first project in Vaughan and thornhill areas
Are pretty good project.
In sharon pretty bad product
Cheaper material
Not recommend to anyone

I recently moved into a new construction Vogue home in Thornhill Woods. The quality of the construction is unparalleled compared to other builders. They also make the most use of space in their floor plans which makes life so much easier.

Their customer service was also timely and efficient as they resolved any issues very quickly. I would definitely buy another Vogue home in the future.

The builder was completely deceiving - we were promised 10 ft ceilings on the main floor and 9 ft ceilings on the upper and lower levels. We recently found out that the ground floor is 8 ft instead of 9 ft! That is a huge difference and completely changes the look/feel of the house. For a house in this price range, 8 ft is completely unacceptable and yet, the builder refuses to take accountability for the issue. We are completely unhappy with them.

I totally agree with the previous reviewer. This builder just does an average job. Quite a few things were still missing when they did PDI which we told them it's okay to take more time to get them ready instead of rushing close. From the start to the end, it was so hard to communicate with them. Comparing we bought a couple of years back with another builder, Vogue is not professional at all. They do NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Just excuses.
We don't even have a house number installed, we along with the neighbors talked to them even the boss about this. And the builder owner replied as"House numbers – we do not install house numbers – not in contract." It's ridiculous! STAY AWAY FROM VOUGUE!!

I purchased a new home from Vogue this past year and just moved in. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Vogue's building standards are much higher than that of any other builder in the GTA, and they take the time to explain to you what makes them unique in the industry. Their customer service was exceptional, and attended to our every need. I would only purchase another Vogue home in the future and love my new house!

This builder was pleasant to work with,they we're very accomodating to our needs. Even though they delayed the project it still turned out to be a beautiful house. We've been living there for the past five years and I can honestly say that buying a house from scratch was the best decsion we've ever made. It's a townhouse and the square footage of the property is rather big for that size of a house. In one word I would say that this builder is wonderful and I would build with them again and recoommend them to other home buyers.

We purchased a free standing single family home from this builder, who does an average job with respect to building. Subsequent to moving in, we had a few issues and contacted Tarion. This builder including the owner were obnoxiously difficult to work with, was rude, and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDLER IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THEM TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. After using every excuse for the issues with the house, they reluctantly agreed to fix some of them. Overall a very frustrating situation.

My husband and I bought a semi from home and we are really please with there quality. We love everything about our home and many people complainment us on how great the use of space is. Vogue as a company are really great to work with and have always followed through on there work. Compare to the other home builders, Vogue has custom designs, fireplace and others as a standard and other builders want to charge you more for that. I am really please with Vogue that I would love to buy another home with them when my family gets bigger.

Although our home was on time, the quality of workmanship is quite poor. Once you start doing any type of renovations such as switching a light fixture you will notice how the cut corner and do just enough to pass building code. They have opened an office in Maple/Woodbride - buyer beware.
