Fast response time to our phone message - Tom was on the site when requested and the fix was done in less than 30 minutes.
Our back door had the main lock latch give way and Tom was able to repair it without a costly replacement ($400-$500).
We appreciate the fact he could have said it must be replaced but was able to repair it quickly and efficiently instead.
