Tom was friendly and thoughtful and great to deal with. He came on the same day I called him, at the time I suggested based on my availability. He replaced our aging locks with new, premium quality locks that were miles ahead of those we had. He gave us extra keys and cleverly ensured that both of the new locks worked with just one key. We hope we don't have to change the locks again soon, but if we did, or had other security needs, we'd definitely call Tom.
