We were in a major jam, our main kitchen drain was non-functional and we were having a big dinner party the next day.
Van Horne was very prompt in responding. They were there the same day. What was thought to be a block in the pipe was actually a bigger
Problem with the slope of the pipe, which was not allowing the the water to drain. We had other plumbers to our house for the same problem, but only van Horne found the true root cause of the problem.
They fixed the issue right away and the drain has been working 100% ever since.
I'd strongly recommend van horne plumbing, they were prompt, professional, fair and very clean.
