Urbanscape was engaged to carry out a major landscaping project at a house being renovated at Montana Road in Richmond. The contract is referred to on their website. Close to 50% of the plantings made by Urbanscape died within six months and the contractor ignored all calls to replace them or even discuss the problem. French drains installed by Urbanscape failed to function and in fact caused new drainage issues in the garden.
This was the worst landscaping work I have ever seen and I would never recommend Urbanscape to any prospective customer.
