Notice if the floor plan shows room sizing, because it's interesting they tell you the total sq ft of your unit, but never show where it came from.. Make sure the room sizes are on the Sales Agreement, not only in marketing..
Talk to owners of the Queen East towns.. Lots of downgrading specs, mechanical rooms doubling, loss of gas fireplace, missing top deck..
The Riverdale project is already SIX months occupancy and counting !!
The Reassignment clause is under Urbancorp's terms.. They won't approve your Reassignment unless they can sneak in extra terms in their favor eg: forfeit Delayed Closing Compensation..

- Review Schedule "A" of the Sales Agreement.. KNOW where the holes are.. Have ALL important facets explicitly stated on the Sales Agreement amendment.. Do not be content with your lawyer or realtor saying "this is the norm, it's fine"; just because it's normal in the industry it does not mean you'll get what you expect.. Avoid talking to agents about Urbancorp, talk to end-user buyers..
