We found Keith right here at Home Stars. Right away, when I spoke to him on the phone, I liked him. He was kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked me to send some pictures of the couch and chair. He told me that he was very familiar with teak furniture and he had reupholstered several pieces. I sent Keith the pictures and he gave us a quote. We met him at his shop and selected the fabric. He helped us by arranging pick-up and subsequently, drop-off of the two items.
Keith is an excellent communicator. We could always reach him via e-mail or phone. He completed the job in a timely manner and he did an excellent job on both the couch and the chair. The pieces look brand new. Everything is stitched so precisely and neatly. (Keith does all the work himself.)
It is refreshing to deal with someone who takes pride in his work, has a great knowledge of reupholstery, and who cares about the customer. We highly recommend Upper Canada Upholstery and we would use Keith again, in a heartbeat.
