I contacted Upper Canada to replace the foam on a Keilhauer bench seat.
Less than satisfied with the quality of the work as it did not look like the original as requested, an as I was assured it would. Cushions were now "puffy" and some edges were uneven. Communication was poor. Emails went unanswered for several days. Estimated time to complete the work went from 3 weeks, to 1 week, to apparently the morning of the second day.
When I complained, Upper Canada offered to take at look at it and "work with me" but could not assure me that he could fix it and make it look the way it was supposed to, stating "any changes he could make would make an insignificant difference".
Less than an inspiring comment to take the time and effort to bring the bench back to him.
Would definitely not recommend this vendor
