Helpful and patient. Any request we had he addressed immediately and continued to stay in touch with us until the date of our move to see if we had any further needs or changed. Throughout the whole process Sam was just a call away and went out of his way to make our move as smooth as possible. The two movers that were sent to us were also very hard working and polite we had a big move and they worked diligently until it was completed. I can’t stress enough how great of an experience this was it was easily our smoothest move ever and the customer service was unmatched.

After I move in, start to unpack the stuff next day, I notice there few of my plastic totes were broken m, missing parts on two of my Italian beds. The most important part; they damage my Italian dinning room buffet. I contact the company atleast three time, reception said will find out with the movers., both owners of the company also told me they will find out with the movers, but no one contact me unless I call them, after all, the situation just get drag forward and never an answer or solves.

We hired Two Small Men With Big Hearts for our move. We took extra precautions but it was not at all required. This team was very professional and did their job very well. They were very careful with loading and unloading. Nothing hidden from the being to the end. Big thumbs up. Would highly recommend!

I was having a hard time trying to find a reputable moving company to help move my precious family belongings from my apartment to my new house an hour just outside of Toronto when, I finally found Two Small Men with Big Hearts. These guys are amazing especially the owner Andrew who was very accommodating to my situation. About one week in August when I had to move they kept their promise and moved all the furniture without any damage, as well as offering a fair price on a move with such short notice.
