Overall pleased but the post sale follow up from Norm is basically non existent. After spending a pile of dough at Turkstra they want to charge a restocking fee for a few small items. Have asked this waived but only told that "I'm taking this to management" that was about two months ago. No response to email request and no answering facility on Norm's extension. Guess they figure you'll just give up and go away.

I have followed up with our sales team, and I believe the issues regarding restocking fee on some special order items not needed has now been resolved to your satisfaction.
