I’m glad to hear that overall you seemed to have a positive experience, but I do apologize for the after sales/project experience not being as seamless as we would have liked it to be.
I have followed up with our sales team, and I believe the issues regarding restocking fee on some special order items not needed has now been resolved to your satisfaction. The delay you experienced is not the way we like to do things and again on behalf of the entire Turkstra Lumber team, I do apologize.
