We typically like to explore the store ourselves first. The staff respected our desire and gave us the space until we asked for help. In one occasion, we dealt with Punet, who was helpful and prompt. The second time, David helped us with our purchase. He was very honest, accurate and careful about meeting our needs. After we placed the order, he followed up the next day with further information.
