The left side of the garage floor had sunk almost 2 inches. One panel of the driveway was seriously tilted, the walkway to our front door was also sunk in one place creating a real hazard for visitors and the cement slab patio in the back had sunk so far it had pulled out the siding under our sliding glass doors. We found the crew friendly and informative. Victor took the time to explain why the problems had occurred and what we could do to keep it from happening again. He also clipped the siding back into place and described how to fix it permanently. Their quote was not the lowest but it was the most comprehensive. The quote sheet included a drawing of the areas to be fixed as well as a break down of the price including GST I have found it is not worth saving a few dollars to do business with a company which does not respect me enough to give me a clear idea of what they propose to do.
