Bob and his men did an exceptional job moving us out of a 4 bedroom room. They disassembled all furniture with care, and re assembled them again. They were very thorough and we are very happy with their services. We had over 40 boxes, 3 full bedroom sets and an office. The men did a great job.

Thorugh professionals and easy to work with. My best experience till date for moving. Movers were very considerate even helped us packing stifd and staged stuff at our new place wherever we needed. They were very patient and were efficient as well. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with touchwood movers. They made my life easier and stress free, a professional visited my place to take a look at all the things to move and we agreed on a fixed price deal. They were on-time the day of moving, dismantled all our huge furniture, wrapped them, safely loaded to the truck, assembled in my new place. We were moving from a 1br to a 2br within downtown Toronto. Searched high and low for movers and found TouchWood to be the most reasonable with their quote. Skilled crew, showed up on time and completed the move under 4 hours, start to finish. There was a locker full of our stuff involved too. Everything was done carefully. I would highly recommend their services

$1,020.27 is the total cost including HST for 3 people, 7 hours and 26 ft. truck. Move is March 27, 2021.
When the bill came, they charged me for 9.5hrs. When they worked for
less than 8.5hrs. They took more than 1 hr. break. but claimed 1/2hr off. They also charged me $75.00 for truck. When the original quote included the truck fee. Based on the quote the bill should be $1,077.25. They charged me $274.23. When I talked to their operation manager, he misbehaved. When I asked to talk to the sales person to confirm the quote. The sales person totally denied that he had given such a quote. I have proof in writing from this sales person. I know the names of these two staff. I do not want to write it here. In addition, they damaged our furniture, when complained/showed, the mover said what can they do. I am totally disappointed with the service. I would not recommend them for any move. I will never use them again

Though slightly expensive than the ones you find online. However, you get what you pay for. Bobby and their team is FANTASTIC. They moved our 1BR apartment that included dressers, beds, TV, 12 to 15 big boxes and chairs/ tables in an hour and half. They’re extremely efficient and quick with their service. I’ve used them in the past and they were great that time as well. I’ve used them for the second time and I can vouch for their ability to move appropriately in a timely fashion.

They moved my items carefully. No scratches or broken pieces. I had a complaint about bringing a small truck but they managed my move properly. I am happy with the service.
