Absolutely terrible experience. They get paid by the hour...showed up 20 minutes late, then took 30 minutes to sit in their car and eat breakfast and make personal phone calls. They were moving one little drawer (~3lbs) at a time per trip up and down the stairs. I called Bobby, the manager, to explain the situation, and he just blamed us for wanting things like our mattresses and couches wrapped in plastic, then told me I was making things up when I mentioned about the breakfast and personal phone calls, called me names and "difficult" even thought I was just explaining to him that it's unfair to charge us an hourly rate for his team to show up late and eat breakfast. Then on the unloading end, the guys didn't want to take the heavier items inside so they just left them in the garage.
We already moved 70%+ of our possessions a few weeks prior before staging our home and the job was 8 hours and we gave a hefty tip (these guys did a phenomenal job). The movers this time took 8 hours for the remaining 30% of stuff and came to the same price. They also didn't take off their shoes or put runners on our white upstairs carpets when moving, so they're completely ruined, black marks everywhere, and we need to get the carpets professionally shampooed now.
Completely unprofessional, terrible movers, even worse owner/customer service. We will never use these people again.
