This company put in an amazing pool for us. They started and finished the pool on time and they were very professional. We have never had any problems with their service department.

I couldn't be happier with my pool!!! I have recommended Todd Pools to 5 friends and all have ended up with them. The customer service is fantastic. One phone call for non-emergencies and they are there within 24 hours !!! If you are looking for a top quality gunite pool, Todd Pools is the company! There is nobody better. Having interviewed all major companies who specialize in gunite, I feel I hit the jackpot!!!!
I love my weekly maintenance service as well! They get the job done and done well!!!

Todd Pools did a great job building the pool on schedule. However, all was not perfect. They managed to hit our house a number of times with thier construction equipment, and then took over 6 months to repair it (and not very well). As for service, I would not use them. They are terrible at returning phone calls and following up on service requests. Overall I would recommend them, but with some reservations.

We had our pool opened May 10th, we were not home at the time. When we returned home, there were several bags of wet leaves on our front lawn, which has destroyed our grass. My husband had to pick up one of the loose bags, he got bleach all over his clothes $200.00 left by Todd pools. The worst part of this, is that our puppy walked into some pool chemicals, that were spilt on our patio by the young people at Todd pools. Our puppy was foaming from the mouth, $200.00 later at the vet, he confirmed she had swolled bleach. We are very thankful, our puppy is doing well now. I would just like to inform people with pets to insure the pool people are not sloppy!

Todd pools had finished building the pool in three weeks! Every day I was told what was going to happen and at what time. They also recommended the fencing and landscaping companies for me. We started the job in mid-April and were using our pool by mid-May. Impossible, but true, and the result is fabulous!

Used Todd Pools for a new gunite pool and water feature and were very happy with all aspects of the work. Would definately recommend without reservation. Still use them for weekly pool servicing.

We purchased home with a pool that was 20 yrs. old. Deck and tile work was broken and crumbling. They added a spa to the shallow end of the pool, replaced tile work, repainted granite surface & designed and poured a new granite deck. I continue to use them for weekly service & for spring opening / fall closing.
