We are sorry to hear that you are having problems. The windows installed in your home are Most Efficient Energy Star that were approved by the Government Green Ontario Program. These windows are CSA approved and do not leave the factory until they are inspected. The photos that were sent by the customer to us showed condensation, which is an indication of the humidity level in the home and not a problem with windows. Slider style of windows have a bottom drainage system that is designed to redirect any water that gets in through the screen, outside of the house. It is also important that the window be closed properly. It was our understanding that the Sales Representative explained this to the client and because
we have not since been contacted by the client, we were led to believe that all issues had been solved.
