Neil (salesman) came to our house to quote on the windows. Very nice guy. He even came back a second time after we changed our minds on window style. He was very happy to return and re-quote the job. Windows were promised within 4 weeks and with 2.5 weeks we got a call they were ready and installed.
The installation was done by Yuri. He did a good job, especially since he did the install all by himself. His helper called in sick the day he was to install our windows. He even came back to perfect the most minor details.
I would definitely recommend Thermo-Bilt!
