For initial visit, Louis came over at a convenient time for me around 7pm. He took his time explaining all options clearly and was very honest. A quote was sent within a few days. Louis and Tony was able to answer my questions very quickly throughout the entire process.
We also went to his showroom twice. His staffs at his showroom were also very informative and not pushy.
15 Windows (brick to brick) were replaced in march 2016. Tato came to do the installation. After installation, it was noticed a crank handle needed to be replaced. Tato came back within 2 weeks to replace the damaged handle. 100% positive experience with W&D. Highly recommended.
