Bill help redo the chimney caps and fixed the cracks May last year. Due to a couple of strong wind storm, one of the cap fell on the lawn. I contacted Bill via text and attached with photo to see if he can come and check it out. He responded promptly and confirmed to come today between 11am to 1pm. The team show up right before 11am. He checked everything and reinstalled the cap. I was told everything is good. And I asked how much will you charge me? The gentleman simply said “ Don’t worry about it”. It was a pleasant surprise and I am writing this review not because he didn’t charge me, it is because this team of professionals they are standing by their workmanship. I have full confidence to their service. I will recommend Bill and his team, they do thing professionally and with a heart.

Bill and his employee cleaned my chimney in Dec 2020. Excellent overall experience. They came prepared with appropriate equipment and material to cover carpets so everything stayed clean. Very efficient process and noticeable improvement to chimney function after their cleaning. I will definitely be booking The Chimney Company in the future.

This is a long overdue review for Bill and his team. We had our chimney rebuilt back in July 2019. We were extremely happy with the team and their work - trustworthy, straight forward, honest, knowledgeable, fair-priced, solid workmanship and excellent work ethics - above and beyond expectation!
Also really appreciated the extra work done on the pipe chimney for the pool heater and loose brakes from the old chimney, Bill and team!

What an amazing company to deal with. A responsible, hardworking team that was not only punctual, knowledgeable but so efficient. Two chimneys were restored and done better than the original builder! Bill was quick to arrive for an assessment even during a busy season. Provided several repair and rebuild options. We ultimately decided to rebuild given age of chimney. His team rebuilt the entire chimney from roofline up in a day.

Bill and his crew were professional, courteous and very efficient. A "10" rating isn't high enough in my opinion for their workmanship - it was truly a joy to see the end result.

From the moment I received my quote, a very detailed and meticulous quote right, e.g. included the name of the 30 year old he was going to use to replace older brick, I knew I was dealing with someone who takes his business very serious.

The crew took their time in preparing the site and protecting my driveway, AC unit, pool equipment etc. before starting the work and at the end of the day you could not tell that they were even here.

The last thing that really impressed me was the fact that they secured my gate lock (I have a pool) when they left.

I would highly recommend Bill and his crew to anyone looking for professional brick work.

Got a few quotes which were all for a similar amount to do the job and settled with The Chimney Company. Met with Bill who was professional and without a doubt knew his stuff. I trusted him right away and after reading the reviews, that made my decision. Bill and his crew arrived on time and set everything up in an organized and clean fashion. They took care of my property at every stage by sweeping and picking up debris. My property was left spotless. At first I was shocked that it was going to cost me $3000 for the work but after seeing what it entailed, they earned every penny of it. That was not an easy job. Very impressed with Bill and his entire team. My chimney looks awesome!
