Tender Touch Moving & Storage

We were very satisfied with the service that Tender Touch provided. As the move was actually sometime last year (this review is delayed), we can't remember who helped us move. However, they were professional and prepared. One thing I will note is that our dining table is a slab table with natural edges - we did have to go back and forth quite a bit about whether this would be covered by insurance as the guys were hesitant to move it (without excluding it from the insurance), concerned the natural cracks in the wood would cause it to split apart in transit...in the end it all worked out but there was a bit of discussion which was an inconvenience. All pieces arrived as they should, with the exception of parts of our Ikea wardrobe the guys left behind in the truck. We notified Tender Touch a day or two later and ask them to cover the cost of replacement; luckily they found the items in their truck and dropped them off to us quickly after. So overall, a few kinks but in the end everybody was happy. I would recommend them, and I would still call them again next time if we had to move.
